1. About these Terms

1.1 These Subscription & Billing Terms govern payment for the Service. They form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.

1.2 The plans, features, prices, currencies and billing cycles available to you are shown on our pricing page and at checkout at the time you subscribe. Those shown details, together with these Terms, form your subscription agreement.

2. Plans, Workspaces and what you are buying

2.1 The Service is offered on subscription tiers, each with different features and usage allowances, as described on the pricing page.

2.2 Billing may be on a per-Workspace basis. Where it is, each Workspace you subscribe is a separate subscription with its own plan, price, billing cycle and renewal, and cancelling one Workspace does not cancel others.

2.3 Your plan may include usage allowances or caps (for example, on the number of articles, images, videos, posts or API calls). Exceeding an allowance may limit further use until the next cycle or require an upgrade, as described for your plan.

3. Prices, currency and tax

3.1 Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout (for example, GBP, USD or EUR). The price you pay is the price shown for your plan and currency at the time you subscribe or renew.

3.2 Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout. Where VAT, sales tax or similar applies, it is shown and charged in addition or included as indicated, based on your billing location. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.

3.3 Partner / discounted pricing. Where you subscribe under a partner, affiliate, promotional or discounted price (for example, a partner rate or a lifetime discount), that price and any conditions attached to it are shown to you when you take it up and apply only while you meet the stated conditions. If the conditions stop being met, standard pricing may apply on renewal.

4. Payment

4.1 By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any usage charges, on the billing cycle shown at checkout.

4.2 You must keep your payment details valid and up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend the affected subscription or Workspace, and/or downgrade or restrict access until payment is made.

4.3 Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

5. Renewal — your subscription renews automatically

5.1 Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (for example, monthly or annually as selected), and your payment method is charged the then-current price for the next cycle.

5.2 We will tell you the renewal date and amount at checkout, and we will provide renewal information and reminders to the extent required by the law that applies to you.

5.3 If the renewal price will differ from what you previously paid, we will give you advance notice as required by law before that price takes effect, and you may cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price.

6. Trials

6.1 Where we offer a free or discounted trial, the specific terms — its length, what it includes, any usage caps, whether a payment method is required, and what happens when it ends — are shown to you when you start it.

6.2 Card-on-file trials. Where a trial requires a card on file, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically when the trial ends and your paid subscription begins, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will make the trial length and the date and amount of the first charge clear before you start, and will provide reminders to the extent the law requires.

6.3 A trial is provided on the same "own risk" basis as paid use, including in relation to publishing to your Connected Accounts and Auto-Publish, as set out in the Terms of Service.

7. Cancellation

7.1 You can cancel at any time, with effect from the end of your current billing cycle, from your account at the billing page shown in the Key Details, or by contacting us using the billing contact. Cancelling is straightforward and does not require you to give a reason.

7.2 When you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a paid cycle except where the law requires or these Terms say otherwise.

7.3 Cancelling a Workspace subscription cancels only that Workspace (see 2.2).

8. Consumer cancellation and cooling-off rights

8.1 If you are a Consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within a cooling-off period (for example, 14 days in the UK and EU) after entering the subscription, and to receive a refund, subject to the following.

8.2 The Service supplies digital content and online services. If you ask us to start providing the Service during the cooling-off period:

  • for services, you may be charged for what you have used up to the point you cancel; and
  • for digital content, you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service during the cooling-off period you may lose your right to cancel for that digital content, where we have told you this and you have agreed, as the law allows.

8.3 We will make the relevant cooling-off information and any waiver clear to Consumers at checkout. Nothing in these Terms removes a Consumer's mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights.

9. Refunds

9.1 Except where the law requires (including Consumer cooling-off and faulty-service rights), or where we choose to offer one, fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for allowances not fully used.

9.2 If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us using the billing contact and we will investigate and correct genuine errors.

10. Changes to plans, prices and features

10.1 We may change plans, prices, features and allowances. For existing subscriptions, price increases take effect from your next renewal after we have given you the notice the law requires, and you may cancel before they take effect.

10.2 We may add, change or remove features, provided we do not materially reduce the core Service you are paying for during a cycle you have already paid for, except where required for legal, security or third-party reasons.

11. Suspension and non-payment

We may suspend or restrict a subscription or Workspace for non-payment or for breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, as set out in the Terms of Service. Suspension for non-payment does not extend your billing cycle.

12. Language

12.1 The authoritative version of these Terms is the English version. Translations are provided for convenience only.

12.2 In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, ambiguity, or question of interpretation between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
