1. About this Policy

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and tags) on our website and in the Service. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Cookies are small files stored on your device. They let a website remember your actions and preferences and help us run, secure, measure and improve the Service.

2.1 We ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies, through our cookie banner (and, later, the "Cookie settings" link in the footer). Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the Service cannot work without them.

2.2 You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner on your first visit. To change your choice later, use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page: the banner reappears, your new choice replaces the old one immediately, and any optional cookies already set are deleted when you reject them. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not stop you using the core Service. Until you choose, no optional cookie is set.

3. Categories of cookies we use

The cookies and browser storage we actually use are listed below. This list is checked against the live site and updated when it changes.

Browser storage (not cookies): zarzoom-locale (your language, local storage, strictly necessary); public-support-widget-state-v1 (whether the support chat widget is open or closed, local storage, strictly necessary for that widget); _az_sid (an anonymous session identifier for the social-account analyser tool, session storage, cleared when the tab closes, strictly necessary for that tool); and, inside the signed-in dashboard, small interface preferences (for example, whether a banner was dismissed).

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

4. Third-party cookies

The only third-party cookies we set are Google Analytics' _ga and _ga_<id>, and only after you accept optional cookies. Google processes that data under its own policies as described in our Privacy Policy and sub-processor list. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies on its own domain under its own policy.

5. Do Not Track and global signals

Where the law requires, we honour recognised browser privacy signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our use of cookies changes. The "Last updated" date in the Key Details shows the current version.

7. Language

7.1 The authoritative version of this Policy is the English version. Translations are provided for convenience only.

7.2 In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, ambiguity, or question of interpretation between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
